Pickering's Gin Selection Box is inspired by amazing flavours from around the world. The taste of series allows our gin lovers to explore the Tropics, Orient and Mediterranean.

Our small batch distillery is in the heart of Edinburgh within the former University Veterinary School, where our founders built from scratch our award winning distillery in the old dog kennels. To this day every bottle of Pickering’s Gin has been produced here, by our Botanical EnGINeers.

Each and every bottle of our marvellously mixed gin has been hand distilled, filled, corked and labelled in our one of a kind 400 sq. ft. distillery built in the ruins of the old Edinburgh vet school’s kennels.
