The main difference between Gin and Gin Liqueur is the alcohol percentage. In the UK, a spirit must be distilled and bottled to a minimum of 37.5% ABV to be classed as a Gin. While Gin Liqueur is still made with distilled Gin, it has been infused with additional flavours and sweeteners, resulting in lower alcohol content. Pickering’s Gin Liqueurs range from 19%-29% ABV.
