Gin Jolly (Distillery Tour)
This tour starts in our Old Workshop to learn the history of Pickering's Gin, then moves through to our Distillery to see the original Indian recipe written down in 1947 and learn how we make our delicious small batch gins.
Included in this tour is a Pickering's Gin and Tonic, guided tasting of 4 neat samples of gin, and filling a 5cl bottle of Pickering's Gin that you'll take home.

Whisky Tasting & Tales
You'll hear captivating tales and legends that surround the famous Scottish spirit. You'll be taken to our Distillery, where we meticulously blend, bottle and label The Broody Hen whisky range.
Included in this experience is 4 tasters of The Broody Hen Scotch Blend, 10-year-old Single Malt, Sherry Cask Blended Malt and Islay Peat Blended Malt.

Peacocktail Tour (Gin & History)
Starting off with a tour of our hand-built distillery, you'll see how we make our small batch gin following our original recipe from Bombay. Moving upstairs to our boardroom you'll learn how gin evolved through the ages.
Included in this tour is a Pickering's Original 1947 Gin and Tonic, a classic cocktail, 4 neat samples of our gins, and a surprise goodie bag.

Cheese & Cocktail Masterclass
Our masterclass is a fabulous sensory journey where you'll be mixing up your very own cocktails whilst learning about their history and origin. Each cocktail is paired with a stunning selection of Scottish cheeses.
Included in this masterclass is 3 full strength Pickering's Gin cocktails and a selection platter of local cheeses.

The Roaring 20's Experience
Hidden within our Old Workshop and tucked away from the courtyard in the Summerhall, that is where you will find our hidden bar. Give the secret password on the door and let us transport you back to the Roaring 20's and sink into the golden era of arts, music, and illegal beverages.
Included in this tour is 2 full-strength Pickering's Gin cocktails.
Availability: First Saturday of every month.

Our distillery is located within Summerhall Arts venue, (formerly the Dick Vet School of the University of Edinburgh), in Central Edinburgh on the corner of the Meadows.
Your tour guide will collect you inside at The Royal Dick Pub or in the Reception Hall. Please ask at reception if you are unsure where to go.

Due to health and safety regulations pets are not allowed in the production area or distillery shop. Guide dogs are allowed in the distillery shop only.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome on our Gin Jolly with a non-drinker ticket.
