Ingredients
50ml Pickering's Blood Orange Gin
1 tsp Marmalade
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lemon juice
Orange slice
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients
50ml Pickering's Winter Berry Gin
12.5ml Simple syrup
25ml Lemon juice
Top with Soda
Fresh raspberries
Sprig of mint
Method
Muddle fresh raspberries in your shaker, then add all ingredients and shake with ice. Single strain into a glass, top up with soda water, and garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh raspberries.
