International Gin and Tonic Day
It's International Gin and Tonic Day on the 19th of October and it's one of our favourite days of the year here at Summerhall Distillery.
Now we don't need an excuse to sip on a delicious Pickering's Gin & Tonic but we're thrilled there's a day to mark the occasion!
Did you know International Gin and Tonic Day was created in honour of Mary Edith Keyburn, a G&T enthusiast. Her granddaughter, Jayne Withers, launched the occasion to celebrate Mary’s life and love for the classic cocktail, marking the day she passed away. Now it's become a worldwide celebration for all gin lovers.

To celebrate the occasion we're offering 15% off our Pickering's Gin & Tonic Cans until Tuesday 22nd October 2024. We've turned our tartan-clad into a ready to drink Gin & Tonic can! Pickering's Gin with Scottish Botanicals has been wowing crowds and collecting medals since it was released back in 2017 as The Official Gin of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
