What is Negroni Week?

Slow Food envisions a world where everyone enjoys food and drink. It should be good for people and the planet.

Victoria Bar

For something a little more autumnal, Victoria Bar has given the classic Negroni a seasonal twist. Their Sloe-groni combines Pickering’s Sloe Gin, Campari, Noilly Prat and orange bitters for a warming, spiced take on the original.

The Green Rooms

In Edinburgh’s West End, The Green Rooms have got experimental. They infused Pickering’s Gin with rhubarb for a clarified Negroni. It is milk-washed and finished with port.

Leith Wine Kitchen

The new kids on the block, Leith Wine Kitchen, have taken inspiration from the Negroni’s cousin, the Enzo. Their pickled grape variation puts a seriously interesting spin on the classic — and is definitely one not to miss.
