To celebrate Spring, we've partnered with some of our brilliant Edinburgh friends to showcase a range of delicious cocktails, all made with our much-loved Pickering's Gin.
Voodoo Rooms

The Voodoo Rooms is a long-standing favourite right in the heart of the city.
This spring, the team have been experimenting behind the bar, creating two new cocktails with Pickering’s Gin - The Stinging Roger and First Blood.
They’ve also recently joined our 7 Steps to Sustainable Spirits, focusing on making great drinks more accessible without losing quality.
If you’re in the mood for cocktails with a side of live music, it’s definitely one to have on your list.
Edinburgh Street Food
Edinburgh Street Food is a go-to indoor food market for local flavours.
The team have been busy behind the scenes, mixing up something that properly feels like spring in a glass.
Meet the Pickering’s Bloom: a refreshing blend of Pickering’s Gin, Lucky Liquor Chuckleberry, elderflower cordial, lime juice, and lemonade.
If you’re after a laid-back spot to graze your way through Edinburgh’s food vendors with a good drink in hand, this one’s worth a visit.
One Canon, Public Hoose
We’re heading to Canonmills to shine a light on One Canon.
Known for its friendly atmosphere, it’s a spot that’s always championing local spirits and breweries.
Their latest Pickering’s serve is the Red Head - a bright, refreshing mix of Pickering’s Gin, ginger liqueur, strawberry, citrus, and soda.
Honestly, what more do you need 🍓.
Vinette
You may have already heard whispers about the amazing Vinette, a relatively new restaurant on Broughton Street.
Vinette is the 4th establishment of the Aisle Group, known for its show-stopping food and drinks!
This spring, you can enjoy their Baiser de Rhubarbe, a blend of Pickering's Gin, house rhubarb cordial, citrus, egg white, and rhubarb bitters.
Howies
We’ve partnered with the iconic institution Howies, and the team have been getting seriously creative with Pickering’s Gin.
Their delicious cocktail, Worker Bee, combines Pickering’s Gin, fresh lemon juice, homemade honey and ginger syrup.
Finished with a dehydrated lemon slice and homemade cinder toffee garnish. It tastes as good as it sounds and looks.
