Purchase a pack of Pickering's Gin Baubles for the chance to discover one of three winning golden baubles and claim an exclusive prize bundle.

We've hidden three winning golden baubles inside randomly selected packs this festive season.

Prizes

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and prize claim instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agencies, and their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Proof of age and identity may be required.

4. Purchase Requirement

Purchase of a Pickering's Gin Baubles pack is required to participate in this Promotion.

5. Promotion Period

5.1 The Promotion opens at 00:00 on 23 October 2026 and closes at 12:00 on 3 January 2027.

5.2 Prize claims must be submitted by 31 January 2027.

5.3 Any claims received after this deadline may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

6. How to Participate

6.1 Purchase a pack of Pickering's Gin Baubles and check inside to see whether your pack contains one of the three winning golden baubles.

6.2 There are three (3) winning golden baubles in total, each corresponding to a different prize bundle outlined. 

6.3 Winners must follow the instructions included within the pack and contact the Promoter using the details provided in order to claim their prize. 

7. Internet Access

Internet access is required for prize redemption. Participants are responsible for any costs associated with internet access or data usage.

8. Prize Limits

A maximum of one prize bundle may be claimed per person.

9. Entry Restrictions

All claims must be made directly by the winning participant. Claims submitted on behalf of another person may be rejected.

10. Invalid Claims

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, altered, damaged, copied, duplicated, forged, misdirected or otherwise invalid claims will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and may withhold or refuse a prize where it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity.

The following prize bundles are available:

A year's supply consists of:

• Twelve (12) 70cl bottles of Pickering's Gin core range (excluding Navy Strength).
• One bottle supplied per month over a twelve-month period.
• Approximate retail value exceeding £400.

Prize 2: Cocktail Masterclass for Two

• One Summerhall Distillery cocktail masterclass for the winner and one guest.
• Approximate retail value £100.

Prize 3: Pickering's Gin Gift Basket

Including:

• One bottle of 70cl Pickering's Gin.
• Official Pickering’s Gin merchandise.
• A festive gift set.
• Additional Pickering's products selected by the Promoter.

Prize Conditions

10.1 No cash alternative is available.

10.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred.

10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize, or part thereof, with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

10.4 Packs are distributed randomly by the Promoter.

10.5 Winning golden baubles must be retained as proof of entitlement.

10.6 Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, copied, defaced or otherwise illegible golden baubles may be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to reject any associated claim.

PRIZE FULFILMENT

11. Claim Process

11.1 Winners must email marketing@summerhalldistillery.com providing:

• Their winning golden bauble code;
• A photograph of the winning golden bauble; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter.

11.2 Winners may be required to provide proof of age, identity and address before a prize is awarded.

12. Delivery

12.1 Prizes will normally be fulfilled within 30 days of successful verification.

12.2 Alcohol prizes may only be delivered to addresses within Great Britain.

12.3 Alcohol prizes may only be accepted by persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

12.4 The Promoter reserves the right to arrange alternative delivery timelines where necessary.

13. Other Offers

Prizes cannot be combined with any other discount, cashback offer, promotion or voucher code.

14. Disputes

In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

GENERAL

15. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where incorrect details result in failed delivery or fulfilment.

16. Promotion Administration

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.

18. Technical Failures

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, internet issues, network congestion, system errors or any other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may prevent participation or prize redemption.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from this Promotion.

21. Winner Information

The Promoter may make available the surnames and counties of residence of prize winners to anyone requesting such information within three months of the Promotion closing date, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing regulations.
