Pickering's Gin Scottish Bramble Recipe

It's bramble season and what better way to make use of those delicious berries, than incorporating them into a cocktail!

Here is our version of a Scottish Bramble.

Ingredients:
50ml of Pickering's Gin with Scottish Botanicals
15ml of fresh lemon juice
25ml of simple syrup
A drizzle of Creme De Mure
A lemon wheel and some brambles to garnish

Method
In a cocktail shaker add your Pickering's Gin with Scottish Botanicals, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake. Add crushed ice to a rock glass and strain your cocktail into the glass. Drizzle with a dash of Creme De Mure to give it that bramble colour! Garnish with a lemon wheel and some brambles.
