Pickering's Gin - Based on our Original 1947 recipe, we use Angelica instead of cinnamon for those who like a classic, crisp style of Gin to go with today's sweeter tonics.
Pickering's Navy Strength Gin - The higher alcoholic strength brings out the sweeter botanicals in our Bombay recipe, like cardamom, anise and fennel.
Pickering's Original 1947 Gin - This gave us a Gin full of fragrant spices and fresh citrus fruits – just the way they liked it in the days of the Raj.
Based on an original Bombay recipe, dating from 1947 and kept as a family secret for over 66 years.

Fill a hi-ball or Pickering's Gin Goblet with ice, add 50ml of gin and 150ml of tonic, and garnish with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit.
