Here at Summerhall Distillery we're known to create unique Edinburgh Gin flavours. Such as chocolate mint, forget-me-not, figgy pudding, and strawberry and black pepper. But nothing has divided a nation more than our Brussels Sprout Gin. It's similar to Marmite, you either love it or hate it - but it's back by popular demand!
To make our Pickering's Gin Brussels Sprout Gin, we sourced 10,000 lonely and forgotten Perthshire sprouts. It's safe to say that our distillery wasn't smelling great that day... This Edinburgh Gin is herbaceous and surprisingly sweet. We believe sprouts are even better in your drink than on your plate.
